The sculpted lines of Alta™ bring an exciting, new choice to typical range hood shapes. Infrared controls, perimeter aspiration and LED lighting allow you to imagine new design possibilities while you experience the ultimate in capture efficiency. Equipped with the exclusive Broan Captur™ system, which combines advanced blower design with new filter technology, this 650 MAX Blower CFM-rated hood provides 98.5% removal of smoke and odor to protect your home and family from airborne pollutants caused from cooking.

- Three-speed, whisper touch infrared control is a pleasure to use and admire. Delay off feature runs the blower for 10 minutes after cooking to clear the air
- Bright, three-level LED modules - supported by a 3-year warranty - illuminate evenly and are tested in cooking environments to ensure long life without dimming. Color Temperature 3000 K
- The Captur™ system's advanced blower design features a forward positioned centric inlet to remove smoke and odor faster. Three-speed control operates powerful 650 MAX Blower CFM
- Can be installed for ADA Compliance with the purchase of a wall switch (not included) and Broan-NuTone model HAWRK3 Low Voltage Wiring Kit for ADA Application (purchase separately)
- Non-duct capable with use of charcoal filters, sold separately. Hidden louvers on top of hood exhaust away from cabinetry
- Smooth-flow blower wheel design and high flow filters ensure quiet, less than 0.3 sones operation at normal speed
- Broan Heat Sentry® detects excessive heat and adjusts the blower speed to prolong the life of the product and provide proper ventilation
- Model replaced EQLD136SS
- Dishwasher-safe, open-mesh filters enhance grease removal behind a peripheral panel that increases capture of cooking effluents. The filter clean reminder ensures they will always maintain a high level of capture
- EZ1 brackets make it easy for single person installation in less than half the time of traditional methods
