If we have your product in stock, we can often deliver it the next day (please inquire about delivery availability for any specific day). Several days each week we offer evening deliveries (3pm-11pm) if that is more convenient.

If your item needs to be ordered, delivery times vary. The fastest are GE appliances and mattresses (as long as the manufacturer has them in stock). England custom furniture ordered by Sunday can be delivered in less than three weeks. Check with us for other special order times, as they can vary by manufacturer and product. On the day of your delivery, you'll receive a call in the morning with a two-hour time window so you'll know when to expect us.

Sherman's Customer Service department is available 7 days a week: 10am-6pm Monday- Saturday, and 11am- 5pm Sunday. We try to answer every call live, but if we're assisting other customers you may reach our voicemail. Due to the complicated nature of delivering and installing appliances, sales are final. Please inspect your appliance for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your appliance is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer to refund or exchange it.
Damaged or defective electronics can be refunded or exchanged if reported within 7 days of receipt. “Paul’s Pick” items are eligible for a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery or pickup. If a less expensive replacement is chosen, refunds will not be issued. Delivery and installation fees may apply to exchanges.
All furniture sales are final and must be paid in full at the time of sale. Please measure your room and delivery path carefully. If the furniture doesn’t fit or is cancelled prior to delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Financed sales require 15% deposit on all special orders. If an item is ordered and canceled prior to delivery, no refund of the deposit will be issued.
Please inspect your furniture for damage and defects before accepting delivery. If your furniture is damaged or defective, we will fix it. If it cannot be fixed, we will offer to refund or exchange it.
Furniture accessories such as lamps, wall hangings, artwork, rugs, tabletop accessories, and bedding are not returnable.
If your mattress is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will offer to refund or exchange it.
All mattresses purchased with a mattress protector are eligible for our 60-day comfort guarantee. Mattresses require a 15-day adjustment period to allow your body to adjust to the new support. Between 15 and 60 days you may select a one-time satisfaction exchange. If a less expensive replacement is chosen, a store credit will be issued for the difference. Our standard $49.99 delivery fee will apply to all comfort exchanges.
If exchanging foundations (High profile for low profile, or vice-versa) our standard $49.99 delivery fee will apply.

There are a number of important things you can check to ensure a complete delivery:
Carefully measure the space where the product will go, as well as doorways, stairways and halls along the way, to ensure the product you're selecting will fit.
We'll disconnect and reconnect to black gas pipes with a dedicated shutoff valve accessible in the appliance installation space. We are forbidden to connect to copper (it's dangerous and should be replaced), and must use new gas flex connectors.
Make sure you know if you have Natural or LP gas. Natural is the most common, so LP appliances must be special ordered or converted.
If your refrigerator has an icemaker or water dispenser, you'll need a water line with a dedicated shutoff valve to the refrigerator installation space. The water line must be made of copper or PEX tubing. Common clear plastic lines are no longer considered acceptable by manufacturers.
For top or bottom freezer units with a single refrigerator door, know which side you'd like the hinges on; we can order or reverse to accommodate your preference.
Dryer venting must be rigid (not flex). Flex venting poses a fire hazard from lint accumulation. We'll provide rigid venting from the dryer to your home's internal venting, provided it is rigid duct.
220V Electric Ranges & Dryers
You'll need to know whether you have a 4-prong or 3-prong outlet (3 is generally found in homes over ten years old) so we can install the proper cord.
If your unit is hard wired, you'll need to have it disconnected and an outlet installed before we can delivery your new range or dryer.
For appliance brands such as Monogram, Sub-Zero, Miele, Thermador and Wolf, there are dozens of details that must be verified before we order or deliver your appliances. Your salesperson will review an extensive checklist prior to ordering to ensure all the bases are covered.
