Industry’s largest integrated non-stick griddle cooks pancakes and grilled cheeses like a dream. 18,000 BTU power burner can boil water fast or fuel a hot-air balloon for at least a while. Self-clean with steam because the other kind is hot and smells bad. Edge-to-edge cooktop looks good, holds more, and lets you slide things around more easily. 10,000 BTU oval burner in the middle for that aforementioned wonder-griddle.
